이 더 긴밀한 경제 파트너십 조정은 (CEPA)2004년 홍콩과 중국 본토 사이에 체결된 자유 무역 협정 (FTA) 은 홍콩 기업들의 시장 접근을 강화하는 협정이다.

Through CEPA, Hong Kong-based companies gain preferential treatment in the mainland market, often enjoying advantages beyond China’s WTO commitments.

상품 무역 프레임워크

  • 무상 세무: 273 홍콩에서 생산된 상품의 종류는 중국 본토로 관세 없이 수출될 수 있습니다.
  • 확장2006년부터는 제조업체의 신청에 따라 추가 카테고리가 적용될 수 있습니다.
  • 출산 규칙 (ROO): Products must meet CEPA’s origin rules (principal process rule, change in tariff heading, or 30% value-added requirement).
  • 인증: Manufacturers must obtain a Certificate of Hong Kong Origin – CEPA to claim tariff benefits.

This framework strengthens Hong Kong’s role as a manufacturing and innovation hub, especially for products with high intellectual property value.

서비스 무역 프레임워크

CEPA는 홍콩 기업들에게 18개의 서비스 분야에 대한 초기 및 우선순위를 부여하고 있습니다.

  • 건설, 물류 및 교통
  • 관광, 의료 및 오디오 비주얼 산업

자격을 얻기 위해서는 홍콩에 법인 설립이 되어서, 지역적으로 수익세를 지불하고, 홍콩에서 직원의 적어도 50%를 고용하고, 해당 분야에 따라 3~5년간 운영되어야 합니다.
